Set & Stage is committed to the cause of uplifting the lives of grip production workers. Towards this end, it endeavors to promote a corporate culture dedicated to the continued training and development of all its employees.

Set & Stage also aims to take an active role in advocating, at the level of industrial practice, for the implementation of policies that protect and promote the welfare and over-all status of all production workers. Set & Stage ,through the Film Development Council of the Philippines, also has an active participation in the drafting of the Magna Carta for Film Workers in the Philippines.
